Job Brief

We build the exact profile together: technical requirements, soft skills, seniority signals, and cultural fit markers. We push back if the brief is off-market. We tell you when your budget won't get you who you want.

Step 03

Sourcing

Active search across our network, referrals, online communities, and 25 years of accumulated relationships. We specialise in passive candidates, the people who aren't on LinkedIn hunting for a job. They're harder to find. That's the job.

Step 04

Screening

In-depth interviews based on the agreed profile, technical competence, cultural fit, and motivation. We don't send you someone because they have the right keywords. We send you someone because we'd stake our reputation on them.

Shortlist

You receive 3–5 candidates. Never 30. Each profile includes: interview notes, cultural fit assessment, our honest take, and anything you need to know before the first call.

Step 06

Interviews

We coordinate every interview, brief hiring managers and candidates separately, attend debriefs, and manage the communication loop in real time. No radio silence.

Offer & Onboarding

We manage the offer, handle the salary negotiation, and stay present through the candidate's first day. The search doesn't end at the offer letter. It ends when the hire is in the role and settled.
