Most searches run on a success fee - you pay when we place. Executive and business-critical roles use a retained model. We'll agree the right structure on our first call. No hidden fees, no surprises.

We prefer exclusive searches - it lets us commit fully and move at full speed. For the right clients, we're open to discussing hybrid arrangements.
