Inbal Drori
Inbal founded Once-HR 12 years ago and has personally placed talent into over 70 Israeli hi-tech companies and startups since. She specialises in R&D, Data and AI, Product, Cyber, and Executive Search. Her sourcing depth covers LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and X-Ray, and she reaches the candidates most recruiters never find. In 2024 she brought in Eva Gat as Co-Founder to meet growing market demand, and together they run Once-HR as a strengthened boutique.

Eva Gat
Eva joined Once-HR as Co-Founder in 2024, bringing over ten years of experience in recruitment and HR consulting. Her specialisations are leadership and executive search, technical recruiting for hard-to-fill roles, HR strategy, and global talent acquisition. At Once-HR, Eva personally manages every search she accepts, working alongside Inbal to ensure every client always has two senior partners on their side.
